Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of Juana corn meal  
  • 2/3 cup yuca flour 
  • 2 1/4 grated colombian quesito 
  • 1 egg 

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.  
  2. In a food processor, place the yuca flour, cheese and Juana® corn meal. Process until well combined.  
  3. Add the egg slowly while food processor is running.  
  4. Divide the mixture into 12 equal size portions, shaping them into balls.  
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden on top. Serve warm.
